Davos Congress Centre
Promenade 89, 7270 Davos Platz, Switzerland. The main venue for WEF plenaries, workshops, and official sessions. White badge holders have full access. The Congress Centre is also where bilateral meetings with heads of state take place.

The Promenade
The main street of Davos becomes WEF's unofficial second campus. 100+ corporate pavilions line the Promenade, hosting private events, product launches, and networking sessions. Unlike the Congress Centre, pavilion events can invite guests without WEF badges.

Yes, the WEF Annual Meeting sessions require an official WEF badge. However, the Promenade pavilions and most side events hosted by companies can invite guests without badges. GS Hospitality can help maximise your Davos week even without official WEF accreditation.
We strongly recommend booking 12–18 months in advance. The best chalets within walking distance of the Congress Centre are reserved 18 months ahead. For WEF 2027 (January 19–23), the ideal booking window is now through December 2025 for accommodations.
January in Davos is cold alpine winter. Temperatures range from -12°C to -2°C, with possible snowfall. However, Davos has excellent heated indoor facilities and most movement between venues involves short walks. GS Hospitality provides full packing guidance and can arrange heated ground transfers.
