Swiss Wow Vacations provides travel advisory, hospitality arrangement, event support, and related concierge services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or confirmed booking.
Submitting an enquiry form or contacting us via WhatsApp does not constitute a binding booking. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment.
All pricing shown on this website is indicative only. Final pricing is provided upon receipt of your specific requirements and is subject to availability and prevailing supplier rates.
Where we arrange third-party services (transport, accommodation, catering, tours), we act as agent. The terms and conditions of the relevant third-party providers apply. Swiss Wow Vacations accepts no liability for third-party service failures beyond reasonable commercial efforts to resolve them.
We aim to respond to enquiries within 2 hours during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET). This is a target, not a guaranteed service level, and may vary during public holidays or peak periods.
Swiss Wow Vacations' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
